  Gilbert was very professional and identified the problem and replaced the part in timely manner. overall satisfied with his performance. The price of labor for a 15min repair on the other hand was gouging for $208!!!

  Had the fan go out on my ac while I was at work and called these guys to fix it. The tech came out did a diagnostic and told me my compressor was fine but it would be $1000 to replace the fan ,a $100 part and maybe 45 minuets of work I decided to replace it myself. I turned off the breaker to the ac bought a window unit and waited two days for the new fan to get in. First thing i did was open the access pannel and take pictures so I didn't get any wires crossed, it took about 45 minuets to replace and after two days of running with help from the new window unit it started fliping the breaker any time it came on. I had someone come out and test everything and my crompressor was fried because the wires that run from the capacitor to the compressor were swapped and one was partialy melted causing it to run backwards and not pump coolant, I had been running the new window unit as well to take some of the pressure off the main unit as it is an older one so I didn't notice it not cooling as well nor did I have a reason to monitor it because all that had been wrong with it was a busted fan. You can see clear as day in my photos from before I worked on it that the wires were swapped so I called hunter super techs and was told a manager would contact me, they didn't call me back until I called again a week later and I explained everything to the manager and he told me that they only had pictures from the compressor and not from inside the access panel I sent him my pictures and he called me back 30 later and refused to take any responsability despite my having proof that it was caused by his tech because I replaced a fan that didn't even connect to those wires. You can see in the pictures below the herm terminal from the capacitor (red wire)is suposed to connect to the compressor on the top right and the common terminal ( marking not visible in photo but you can see the other two listed as fan and herm)from the capacitor (blue wire) should run to the bottom most terminal. And you can also just barrely see the melted spot in the blue wire above the upper left termial on the compressor where it then touched and shorted
