  NOT impressed with this company❗️...on 6/9/26, I watched (and this was recorded on my security cameras) the Garage Collector drive up, and I have 2 cans. He emptied the 1st can, sets it down, and then knocks it down trying to pick up 2nd can. There is a problem with 2nd can (in mid air), and Garbage Collector gets out of the truck, and climbs up, and just throws the 2nd can to the ground. So, both cans are laying sideways on the ground. He didn't have the "Professional Courtesy" to stand the 2 cans up, before getting back into his truck and driving to the neighbor's house...Then, i called the Office Manager. She told me She would talk to the Driver & the Owner...After waiting 1 week with NO CALL BACK from the Office Manager, I called Her. I asked the Office Manager "WHY" I haven't received a follow up phone call with feedback, and Her response was, "Because I was busy & overwhelmed"... The Office Manager said She was intending to call me back...so, I asked, "WHEN?!?"....and She wouldn't answer my question. I explained that it's EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to a paying Customer when a situation takes place, and then, the Office Manager drops the ball❗️ She said she had every intention calling me back...My suggestion to the Office Manager is: if you are that "busy" & "overwhelmed", You need to tell the Customer with the complaint, that it might take you a few weeks or a month to call them back. Give Them an accurate time frame, SO that it wont appear that You "dropped the ball" on the situation❗️

  Leslee at the office got me taken care of. Such a nice lady and definitely knows her stuff. Got the welcome letter and it explains Holiday picks ups and everything I need to know.

  I would think twice about this company. They don’t do upkeep on dumpsters. Miss trash picking a monthly basis . We are going on 3 weeks now have been calling for the last 2 weeks and now trash everywhere. Very embarrassing
