  Eric is a professional in every sense of the word. He was polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable detailed, and thorough. He listened to my questions and concerns. Most importantly, he explained his process of gathering measurements, including the time involved, and then patiently explained the results. He showed me the digital measurements and explained what they showed him in careful and patient detail. When a professional takes this much care with the work, trust is established because he involved me in the process every step of the way. He not only discussed options with me but also helped me understand how to “read” my home so I could identify future issues. After all of this, he walked the perimeter of the home inside and out, and pointed out small things I could do to keep moisture from gathering in the bricks of my foundation. Ramjack will get all of my business and I will share my experience with my family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Thank you, Eric!

  Shane Willis came right at the appointed time. Was professional and thorough used professional diagnostic equipment to determine that the crack was being caused by water from a down spout. An easy fix was suggested. I can not tell you how much I appreciate them. Matt Detrick, Broken Arrow OK
