  Thank you for your recent service. Long story short, I contracted another plumbing company to fix our issue. I didn't realize that the company I contracted was no longer a small local business, but had become part of a larger corporation. They wanted to charge an astronomical price. I thought about it & decided to call Louderback for a general quote as a 2nd opinion on a Friday. They came out the 1st of the following week & did a great job for a fraction of the other companies cost! Thank you!

  We had 2 field hydrants replaced back in October and during this winter storm they have yet to freeze up on us. During other cold winters the old hydrants would freeze up on us.

  I have used RW Louderback two times before today's visit. Both were hard, dirty jobs. They had to crawl under a tight crawlspace to repair a gas leak, and another time to add a septic clean out. Today's visit was to find a foul odor that no one else could. I even had an exterminator. No one knew what it was. Paul took one sniff under my bathroom sink and knew something was dead. He and Dylan removed a foamed- in vent outside into the crawlspace, and found a dead opossum in the insulation!! They removed it and cleaned it all up. I highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could!!!
