  Josh was great! He is always so polite and respectful. He does great work and we are always happy when we see him come out for our plumbing issues

  Josh was at our home today to fix a water leak. His workmanship was beyond perfect. He was knowledgeable, polite, and cared about what he was doing. The best service EVER with kindness and concern to do a good job!!!! Thank you so very much.

  I called for service late morning and the two-man crew arrived early afternoon. Most impressive to me was the positive attitude of Johnnie, who worked in my fan-only cooled downstairs to clear a very clogged drain. Despite the difficulty of the blockage and length of pipe involved, Johnnie reassured me the job would get done. It did! And pretty quickly, considering. I use Louderback any time I have an issue.

  Thank you for your recent service. Long story short, I contracted another plumbing company to fix our issue. I didn't realize that the company I contracted was no longer a small local business, but had become part of a larger corporation. They wanted to charge an astronomical price. I thought about it & decided to call Louderback for a general quote as a 2nd opinion on a Friday. They came out the 1st of the following week & did a great job for a fraction of the other companies cost! Thank you!
