I'm sure Buckeye Well & Pump may be a great company for well maintenance and pump repairs, but based on our experience, I would encourage anyone considering them for a new well to do their homework first. We hired them to drill a well on our property, and the experience was disappointing from the beginning. Getting someone out to look at the property before drilling was a struggle. There seemed to be little to no pre-planning or guidance during the process. Ultimately, they drilled where we suggested, even though we specifically asked for their professional input on whether it was the best location. Communication was another issue. We were told they would be out Thursday or Friday. They never showed up, and we had to call to find out what was going on. They eventually showed up the following Tuesday to drill. Unfortunately, the well only produces approximately 1.5 gallons per minute, which was a major disappointment. We had the well drilled in September and are still waiting on our final invoice. After spending nearly $5,000, the lack of communication and follow-through has only added to our frustration. My advice to anyone considering this company for a new well: Do your research before committing. Ask questions, get professional guidance on well placement, and consider hiring someone to help locate potential underground water sources before drilling.

Buckeye well and pump saved us on the Easter holiday! So grateful to them for coming out to work on our well pump and fixing it over the holiday weekend!!! Definitely made us customers for life, so difficult to find a company that really takes the time to care about their customers! Thanks so much!

I had an issue with my well pump. From arrival to departure, they had the job done in 45 minutes. They did great work and are very fast. I highly recommend them!
