  We recently had Euclid Glass & Door complete a project at our commercial building in Euclid, and overall it was a great experience. Brandon and Nick did a fantastic job stepping in and rectifying our situation by installing 11 stationary windows along with a brand new front entry door. The quality of the installation and attention to detail really stood out — everything was done with a high level of craftsmanship and care. I’ll be honest, scheduling the project was a little challenging at first, but once everything got kicked off, it was seamless from start to finish. The communication throughout the job was clear and consistent, and the team made sure we were informed every step of the way. Brandon and Nick were not only skilled at what they do, but also professional, friendly, and easy to work with on-site, which makes a big difference on a commercial project. Really appreciate the effort and the end result — thank you again to Brandon and Nick for a job well done. I would definitely recommend Euclid Glass & Door to anyone looking for quality window and door installation.

  Absolutely terrible. Advised them we needed the product by a certain date and they called two weeks later and haven't even put the order in. When I complain about it the sales rep begins to curse me out blaming me for his mess up. He was arrogant and rude. Filing a complaint with the state of Ohio.
