  I got a same day appt. The tech, Beau, came on time, worked to fix the problem, advised me of other things to consider for the future. I was pleased with the service by the office staff and the tech.

  Excellent experience with Issac. Has used him for multiple different issues over the last year. Very good at what he does and fixed our problem every time. We usually ask for him by name at this point if we have any issues.

  Brian. What a nice person. Qualified,as quick as you can be,neat and clean. Giving him a 19 or an A+ isn't enough especially these days. He answered all my questions,told us what he was doing and cleaned up. My water heater broke and gushed water on a Sunday night and that puts yiu in a mood, but he was calm efficient and friendly. Thanks Brian you really helped us out. P.S. We had a water heater replacement

  Robert was dispatched to our property after an emergency illness from our first tech. He performed the repairs necessary after fully explaining the problem and recommended solution. His work was efficient and professional. As I have had work done with Westland before there technicians are very well trained, personable and able the answer any question related to the work performed.

  The test of good service is what happens when something isn't quite right with a repair. Westland and Domenic passed that test with flying colors. All my experiences with the folks at Westland were prompt, understanding, good natured and committed to making the minor adjustments to get the job done right.
