  Fantastic company and impeccable service. Was recommended Westland by previous customers in the family, and I am glad we listened. Great sales people that were straightforward and honest, and worked to fit around my busy schedule. And the techs that came to replace the furnace were punctual, professional and meticulous during their cleanup. We could not be more pleased with how everything worked out, and will be a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you!

  Plumbers Isaac, Brian, and Paul came out to disconnect a copper pipe from an old refrigerator and connect it to a new refrigerator. They were friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. The project took a bit longer than expected, due to a defect in the new refrigerator and the strange pipelines in this old house, but they got the job done for a reasonable price. We’ve been loyal customers of Westland for plumbing and HVAC and they’ve helped us out with everything from general repairs to burst pipes and sump pump failure. They take good care of us!

  Great experience so far! We used them in Jan 2025 to get a new furnace when ours died at the coldest time of year. They provided a fast and reasonable quote. Their warranty was the best of the 4 quotes I received from companies. Their sales rep was extremely professional. We got the new furnace installed within a couple of days which was really appreciated! The techs moved quickly while being extremely thorough and professional. They came out immediately each time I panicked because I was not used to how the new furnace was supposed to sound, i was only used to how my old one that was the wrong size for my house ran :) They never made me feel bad and checked out my concerns to ensure it was functioning correctly. I have had two annual tune ups ahead of each winter so far and they have both have been excellent experiences. I would recommend Westland to anyone in need of a furnace.

  We paid Westland HVAC roughly $500,000 to install 20 split-system units in our building. The quality of the work has been poor. They have had to return more than 12 times to fix problems with their own installation. On their most recent visit, they found a bad board in one of the units and sent us an estimate to repair it, even though the part is under warranty. When I questioned the estimate with Shawn, he became hostile. He told me "I'm not your bro" and told me to speak to him "in a language he understands." I found those comments disrespectful and racially charged, and they were completely unacceptable from someone representing a company we've paid this much. After this experience, I would advise others to think very carefully before hiring Westland HVAC. Verify what's covered under warranty in writing before agreeing to any repair charges.

  Avoid this company. I cannot recommend them. I spent $500,000 on 20 indoor and 20 outdoor Mitsubishi split units for my apartment building through this company, and they failed me at nearly every step. Their customer service team does not follow up with customers, and communication was consistently poor. The installation itself was substandard. We found bent refrigerant lines that had been mishandled by their installers, and the electrical running to the units was installed without any conduit. For a project of this size, that level of workmanship is unacceptable. As a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, registering my units for warranty coverage was the bare minimum they owed me. They never did it. I had to call Mitsubishi myself, and only then were my units retroactively covered under the 12-year parts warranty. Without my own initiative, I would have had no coverage on a half-million-dollar investment. It got worse. Shaun attempted to charge me for a board that was under warranty. When I told him all of my units were covered, he flatly denied it, even though I hold an official certificate from Mitsubishi confirming the coverage. He then made remarks that were unprofessional and offensive. Poor installation, no follow-up, and attempts to bill customers for covered repairs make this one of the worst HVAC companies in Northeast Ohio. Verify everything in writing, or better yet, choose another contractor.
