  I had been with Pompeii heating and plumbing for years and their integration with Westland was seeemless. I’ve had Westland out for a few projects across a number of properties and they were a no-brainer to call for a full HVAC and water heater replacement. Chris was fantastic during initial home visit and very knowledgeable about options and pricing. The HVAC installation guys were tops. Efficient and respectful. I was delighted to see such young men starting a career in the trades! I wish them all the best going forward. Bottom line- you cannot go wrong with Westland.

  Cory M. showed up on time and was very thorough in finding our A/C issue. After he had got it back up and running, he explained in detail what he did and what to expect and to reach out to him if there were any problems.

  You know a good comoany the way they stand by their work..when there was an issue with a backflow system they repaired a few months back, they didn't take the easy route or cheap route. They fixed it. No questions, no problems. Just results. That's why they keep getting my business.

  Our A/C wasn’t cooling properly we initially had our nephew Colin (who also works there) check out the unit and he determined it was best to call Westland and set something up officially to determine the problem. Corey M. was sent out the following day and performed some various tests and thoroughly explained what the issue was. After a quick fix and a replacement part was installed, our a/c was repaired and working great! Corey was very friendly and professional. Prices were upfront and clear. Job well done and stress free.

  From the moment I phoned Westland until my water heater was replaced 6 hours later, the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The service men, Isaac and Paul, were quick and efficient, as well as polite and friendly. I would recommend Westland for heating and air conditioning also. They have been instrumental in servicing the HVAC system at Westlake United Methodist Church. I also recommended them to a neighbor last winter and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to get her furnace back up and running. I can’t say enough great things about Westland and highly recommend them.
