  Westland always does a great job and are always super great to work with. Whether it's on the phone with the office or in person with the technician, they always make me feel valued as a customer. Their latest job for me, leveling my A//C unit, Corey and Alex went above and beyond to make sure the job would hold up for yeara to come. We are so happy we found Westland.

  Service Tech Corey performed a maintenance check to our air conditioning system. Corey patiently answered all our questions and explained everything in a layman’s terms. He thoroughly reviewed the test results and explained that the air conditioner and blower are working properly. Corey had a positive “can-do” attitude and represented Westland Htg. & Cooling in a highly professional manner.

  Rockstars! Everyone we’ve dealt with from Westland has been fantastic so far. We came home from vacation in the middle of a heat wave to find our AC unit had failed. Westland has a great 24/7 service program and was very responsive to our call and needs. Our tech was very helpful and efficient; he had our issue diagnosed and repaired within an hour of his arrival and we were back in the game the same day!

  Moe was clean in his work, With appreciation and maintenance of our home environment: using shoe covers, not tracking anything in, etc Very efficient, kind and supportive-- letting us know all our options and offering cheapest to most expensive and possible outcomes -- very pleasant and clear in his advice and didn't feel he was talking down to me -- and was consumer centered and kind. I felt in the end I was open to make any decisions ( definitely not pushy) and felt he had my best interests in mind.

After comparing several brands and receiving multiple quotes, we ultimately selected Trane and Westland as our installation company of choice. From our initial call requesting an inspection and quote, the service from Westland Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing was exceptional and straightforward. Our first impression was spot on. Ryan Z., Zack K., and Isaac L. did an outstanding job installing our complete HVAC system and hot water tank. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Ryan Z. and Zack K. for their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the installation process. Their workmanship was excellent, and they took the time to ensure everything was done right.
