  Rule of thumb...you can get lower carpet prices elsewhere...that is the "hook" the big box companies use. We paid to have the entire process done RIGHT...moving furniture, hauling old out...precise installation, I mean meticulous, and clean up too. Getting new flooring is not an off the shelf process and should not be handled that way. I'd gladly recommend this company and their people to anyone who wants it done right the first time, end of story

  We bought an engineered hardwood floor from Westbay. It was a great experience from start to finish. Allie was knowledgeable and helped us pick out a floor that met all of our requirements without breaking the bank. Eddie went above and beyond in helping us. Westbay and their team are a great asset to the community!
