  Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. This was my first experience with 5 star home services ( Westerville Plumbing and Drain) and I was impressed. I will be contacting them again for any plumbing needs and requesting Chris.

  I enjoyed meeting Bradley today. Bradley took his time, explained everything, told me exactly what he was going to do. I never felt pressured, he let his experience and confidence sell the job. I am confident that Bradley and I would have been a great team working in the construction field. I looking forward to working with your skilled trades employees. If they are anything like Bradley, this will be a great project. Your Survey does not cover the work I am having done. I am having some old well water storage tanks removed, new hot water tank, a new bathroom installed in the basement and an existing bathroom reconfigured. Yes it’s pricy but I think it will work out and be great.

  James was amazing. He got to our house and immediately got to work fixing the problem. He explained how to prevent further blockages in the future and how to maintain our drains weekly and monthly.

  After scheduling an appointment with them days in advance they gave me window of time. Day of. Within that window they called and cancelled stating they were busy with other clients. What’s the point of an appointment and cancelling mid way through the wait time. Very disappointed with their professionalism. And wasted my time.

  My sump pump failed and I had a lot of water in my basement. We have been having a lot of storms and I was worried it would take a while to get anyone in to fix it and the water would just keep rising. They had someone out to my home in less than two hours. Corey was WONDERFUL!! Explained everything and was very professional!! He is an asset to your company!!!
