Not a fan of their automated line, so I almost canceled the appointment. Glad I didn't. Charles was the most professional person I talked to. He performed the replacement efficiently, explained what he was doing and why. Our garage door works great. 5 stars for Charles and Don's for sure.
- KDKodee DahlAug 18, 20263.0I am conflicted on writing this review because the worker I had, Anthony, was absolutely wonderful, but he hit my house as he was leaving. I was so excited to work with him because he made everything so easy, he was super nice, and went above and beyond to help me with my needs...but again he hit my house. As he was leaving he backed up into my grass and the pipes on top of his truck crushed my gutters. The company has been really hard to reach to get it fixed. It still isn't. I had to call several times to get in contact with customer care to even report the issue. I still have not heard back from management on fixing my gutters. I will be happy to update my review once they fix them, but I am extremely upset about my gutters being ruined and the lack of communication on them working with me to fix them. I hope they reach out soon to do so because I have already dealt with a lot of things going wrong this week for me and them adding to it has pissed me off. I hope they make it right. But I am extremely happy with the work they did on my garage. If you work there and are reading this PLEASE FIX MY GUTTERS THAT YOUR WORKER DAMAGED. Thank you.
