  Jake was fantastic. On time and made it a very good and memorable day. I would like to be contacted about the keypad or the pad outside of my garage door in the extra remote, please but Jacob was fantastic and so was my salesman as well Two thumbs up Please share this with Tommy Mellow And his mother thank you again for a wonderful experience

  Had a consultation for a new garage door. I was questioning the price because it was high compared to a competitor so we looked at the scope of work together. However, Don’s claims to have superior quality. At the end, he asked if he should even send a proposal because the other price was so much lower. I replied, “I can’t even consider buying from you if you don’t send me a proposal and I like what you have said.” I have t received the proposal yet. I can’t even consider buying from them.

  What a wonderful experience Jovan provided in a situation that can be stressful for a homeowner. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant young man. I definitely will be using Don's garage door service in the future when needed and for my maintenance on my garage door. And I personally will be requesting Jovan to do the work.

  Brandon was very thorough in explaining the problem with my garage door and what would be needed to get it working again. He went over all the options with me and was attentive and understanding when I asked questions and expressed my concerns. Brandon was pleasant, polite and professional. I am completely satisfied with the results and will be happy to have Don’s Garage Doors and Brandon in particular handle future garage door issues or maintenance.

  I just had the most uncomfortable estimate for repairing our garage door. When I called to get the estimate they agreed to waive the estimate fee of $59 since I had never used them before. The other two companies I had called did not charge a fee for the estimate. When the tech arrived he didn't even touch the door he just diagnosed it as the springs based on my description of hearing a cracking sound. He said they only do the single spring and it would cost anywhere from $1200-$1800. I said "oh yeah then we won't be doing that...we had some other quotes that were cheaper." He said "then I'll have to call my boss and tell them that from between the time you made this appointment till now you had already decided". I said "well no we didn't decide until just now." and he looked at me like...come on...he called the boss on speaker and told them that "between the time they made the appointment till now they had already decided"...I repeated again..."no we didn't decide until after we got the quote...that makes me sound like a bad person". He muted the phone and said..."you weren't supposed to say that...." Silence on the other end and then a real mad voice said..."ok we'll close out the job, get documentation " and hung up. He said..."I should have explained it better...I get graded.". Makes no sense to me! While we waited in silence for his boss to respond I came very close to telling him to just leave. It was incredibly inappropriate on the part of the technician and the boss. Wrong way to do business!! It's normal and appropriate to get estimates from more than one business so you know you're getting the best price. I called the company that had given a lower quote and within 2 hours the job was complete, having gone above and beyond the agreed upon job. What a difference! Cannot recommend Don's Garage Door at all!
