  Anthony did an awesome job!! He is very personable and professional! He cleaned up the area after he was done and even put in an extra board that I asked him to put in to replace the two that were warped and water spotted! I will certainly ask for Anthony the next time I need some work done!!!

  Excellent customer service! I had water in my basement due to a problem with my sump pump. I called and they had someone over that same day. Anthony was professional and friendly and did a great job fixing the problem and even helped clean up the mess. He patiently answered all my questions. I have been a West Jeff customer for 10 years and have always been able to count on them for great service.

  We replaced our electric water tank with a gas tankless water heater. This required additional work due to the electric to gas conversion (exhaust venting). We are pleased with the work, as well as how clean they left the room. It was just installed a few days ago, but so far everything is working great! We will definitely have them back for any future plumbing needs.

  They came out very quickly during the big storms last week. Got my meter put back on my house which was needed in order for the power company to do their job. There is only one issue. There are a couple small pieces of sheet metal that are supposed to go between the meter and the house and those didn’t get put up during the repair process. It would be nice if they would come out and put those up like they were.

  Our sump pump discharge pipe was not adequately repaired. The technician cracked a piece of plastic off one of the pipe pieces and there is a gap in the connection between the pipe that runs from the inside of the house to the outside and connects to the underground line. I called West Jeff last week after the first day of heavy rainfall. I also sent a video of water flowing out of the discharge pipe and spoke with the plumbing manager. They could not schedule another visit for us until the following week. We have been a customer since 2008 and have always called West Jeff for plumbing issues. However, we are going to start looking at other companies now.
