  I had a situation where I was in need of equipment to replace one that had completely failed. I had called several companies to discuss possible rental units that were advertised on their website. Out of 5 different companies, United was the only one where I was not sent to a voicemail. I was forwarded to the proper department within minutes. They asked thorough questions in regards to my needs. Everything from application, current machine specifications and the priority of the need. When the conversation was completed, I had a account representative call me directly and offer several options that United could provide. Response time was exceedingly quick. Customer service was excellent and the project was started within hours of the initial phone call. Installation was quick as well. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked hand in hand with our associates here. They stayed after hours to assure that the unit was functional and trialed. I was thoroughly impressed with the response and service that was provided.

  Customer service was outstanding and delivery time met my expectations. Service was professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment and how to determine my needs. They took the time to explain to me in detail and teach me so I understood.

  Seemed like really good people even though they put my load on another truck several hours before.... No hard feelings,I will go back if the need arises
