  I had a wonderful experience with Josh from Mad City Windows & Bath during our window installation. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Josh paid close attention to detail and clearly takes pride in his work. The windows look amazing, and you can tell the installation was done with care and precision. He also kept the work area clean and made sure everything was finished properly before leaving. It’s hard to find people these days who genuinely care about the quality of their work and customer experience, but Josh absolutely exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate his professionalism, hard work, and positive attitude throughout the entire project. Highly recommend Josh and the team at Mad City Windows & Bath!

  Jake and Ahmad were professional and courteous. Jake was very knowledgeable and was quick to figure out how to approach difficult situations. The job was completed in four days as was projected. They took 60 year old cabinets and transformed them to look new and modern. Our cabinets are beautiful!! Our only issue was with the cleanup. On the last day we were left with quite a mess to clean up. Other than that, we would certainly recommend Mad City to friends and family. Tim and Becky Huffman

  Shoddy work. Glass Showerdoor shattered twice. I had cuts on my skin from broken glass. They replaced it the first time for "courtesy" (not warranty) after 3 months of not being able to use the shower. Reported shower door chips, but they never took care of it. When it shattered, they blamed us and denied replacement. Their lifetime warranty doesnt mean anything. I stopped letting the kids use the shower because the glass might break anytime. The shower basically is sitting unused. All caulking falling off within 3 months of usage. They had to come in a recaulk everything.

  We are extremely pleased with our experience using Mad City Cincinnati for our kitchen cabinet refacing. They were very informative throughout the process and they kept us updated with each step. Our installation crew Jake and Ahmad were exceptional and very professional explaining each step in the process and answering any questions we had. I would recommend Mad City to anyone who is looking for a kitchen cabinet remodel.

  Mad City was so easy to work with - from the consultation to the installation! Our consultation was so transparent and the upfront numbers gave us piece of mind! Having the samples, the pricing levels explained to us and all of our finance options really put this project at ease for us. The day they came and measure was quick and easy. Then on installation day, they treated our house with respect as they covered our floors, they were careful taking materials in and out of the house. They explained everything thoroughly and was always willing to answer any question I may have. We love our new walk in shower!
