  Cutting Edge Flooring was FANTASTIC in 2 flooring renovations in our home. Anthony was great to work with and very professional and responsive to our needs and expectations. They are great at developing a budget for you, showroom with products to evaluate, fair and reasonable estimates (we compared with the market to validate), quality and professional installations, and overall great people to work with. Highly recommend!!

  We had our entire first floor restored, 30 year old oak floors that were in rough shape. Communication was excellent; our initial project manager was wonderful but ended up having to step away halfway through the process. The owner Anthony stepped in seamlessly and kept our project on schedule. Kept us in the loop on all updates and answered a million questions for us. The team was fast but through. Floors came out phenomenal and we had just a few very minor knick picky things that the team came out and tweaked for us immediately. Will definitely be using them for future work on our home.

  This is the second time we have worked with Cutting Edge Flooring & both times we were very pleased with their work. Caleb Allen was very attentive & a real pleasure to work with. His crew showed up on time, quickly removed old carpet & tile, & did an excellent job installing the new flooring. We highly recommend Caleb & Cutting Edge for their professionalism & quality work.

  Caleb Allen was outstanding to work with. He thoroughly explained the entire process of removing the old carpet and installing the new one plus the new vinyl flooring, making sure I understood every step. I truly appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and the way he handled the job from start to finish. If I ever need flooring work done again, I would definitely want Caleb to be the one to do it. I highly recommend him!

  I would not recommend this hardwood flooring company based on my experience. The crew damaged my home in multiple ways during the project. They broke a kitchen tile and, more seriously, disconnected the neutral bar in my electrical panel, which resulted in damage to numerous light fixtures throughout the house. What should have been a straightforward flooring project turned into a costly and stressful repair situation. The workmanship and attention to detail were also disappointing. Debris was left throughout the home, several doors were never rehung after the work was completed, and some of the transition pieces that were part of the project were never installed. The most frustrating part was dealing with the owner, Anthony. After five weeks of dealing with these issue, he wanted me to “compromise” and charge me $12 per replacement board even though it was sold to me at $8 per board. He also added three extra boards to the count just because. On top of that, he tried to remove a previously agreed-upon $250 discount, apparently hoping I would not notice. Mistakes can happen on any job, but how a company handles those mistakes is what matters. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, I felt like I had to constantly monitor the work, dispute charges, and fight to receive what was originally promised. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
