From the time we first entered the store to look at options and samples to the day of installation, Greg and Dawn provided outstanding service. Greg came out to provide an estimate and recommendations for the best flooring for our space. He is highly knowledgeable about different types of flooring and helped guide us in our decision. Dawn helped us in the store to choose the right carpet and padding for the space and was very respectful of our budget. She got our ordered placed and scheduled our installation. Dawn kept us up to date throughout the process and we had our new carpeting in place in 8 days. We had beautiful Mohawk carpet and specialty padding installed for one third the cost of another estimate. We love our new flooring and will highly recommend Pro Flooring !!
