Office staff are friendly, prompt and always get back to us with updates and scheduling.   While a 4-to-5-hour window isn't ideal, my technician, Alex, happened to be in the area and arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with great efficiency. Very satisfied with the service!

  Getting a new HVAC system is not cheap. I spent 3 months researching systems and received 5 different quotes. I’m so glad I went with Kimmel. What a great experience. They did a fabulous job on this American Standard system installation. Everything from the quoting process, answering questions, installation, communication, and follow up was great. For reference, the system I went with was: 5TAMXD05_S Series Communicating Variable Speed Air Handler, 5A6VOX36A1000 20 SEER Variable Speed Heat Pump.
