First class all the way. Outstanding craftsmanship with quality product. Jimmy went above and beyond when he was able to take care of some minor details for me. The team was most courteous and respectful not too mention a great group of hard workers. Solid team. The end product was art. Highly recommended.

We hired Mr Roof for a full roof replacement after noticing leaks in our ceiling and missing shingles after some thunderstorms. It only takes them about 11 days from the initial consultation to the final job execution! George Blake the project consultant was super professional and knowledgeable, he showed up on time and comes in prepared with all the essentials information and samples of the roofing materials/ vents. He explained the scopes of work clearly, guide us through the tedious financing process and promptly answer any of our concerns in a timely manner. The roofing team lead by Bryan was highly efficient, they respected our property and protected our landscaping the best they can. Other than doing a phenomenal job on redecking and replacing the roof, they also thoroughly cleaned up stray nail and debris on the site. Bryan even explained to us what they did and gave us a quick walkthrough before he leave and that’s after a 12 hours roofing work! Last but not least, their amazing office manager Kathryn Virgo is super friendly. She keep us updated on the schedule and coordinate the materials delivery/ crew arrival seamlessly. Her exceptional customer care made us feel supported and stress- free throughout the whole project. We highly recommend Mr Roof to anyone in need of roofing services in Cleveland area. Their professionalism, fair pricing, quality of work and customer service exceeded our expectations!

Your roofing contractors were exceptional, they came early (7:00 am) and worked throughout the day and did an exceptional job. Afterwards they had my husband and I come out and do a look over of the work performed which was excellent and the cleanup was excellent also. Very pleased overall!!!
