- HOHarold Osborne5 days ago5.0We noticed that a powder room toilet seemed to be leaking. We'd used Fetz before so called them. Peter arrived on time and began working. It was necessary to turn off the water to the house, which he did. The toilet had been installed in 1985! Peter had to use a saw to remove the mounting bolts. He installed a new float valve and flapper. It was quite a job! He also put in a new supply line from the source to the toilet tank. He restored the water to serve the house and thoroughly cleaned the area surrounding the toilet. He had worked quietly and in a very small area that is lighted with only one small bulb. He did a terrific job!
