With temperatures expected to be over 90 all week and the 4th that weekend I didn't have much hope for a quick response but they sent a tech out the next afternoon. The house got up to 85 that day and the next. I could handle that as a kid growing up in a old farmhouse with no air but not now as a 70 year old. They kept me informed when they would arrive. Although it needed a part which they would have to order, he showed me how I could get the system to operate by turning it off and on in conjunction with the fan. We were then able to keep the temp around 75. The part came in 4 days later and they came right out and got it going. I highly recommend them!

They removed the water and got the problem fixed in a reasonabletime frame. Fetz can be a bit pricey but they don't bill you day of and they worked with us on a payment plan. Very few plumbing services offer that courtesy. I've used them several times and never had an issue.
