  Quick to schedule, showed up on time, issue located and fixed quickly. Worked with Devon who was great, explained everything he was doing and what was happening. charges broken out in an understandable manner and seemed like a reasonable rate. 10/10 would recommend.

  Bonsky team member TJ Mclean came out to do an AC maintenance for the upcoming Summer season. He did a great job explaining everything that he was checking and is very knowledgable! A++ service!

  We are completely satisfied with the maintenance service our technician, Talon Patton, did on our heating/cooling system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took his time doing the maintenance and explaining everything he was doing. The quality of his work is outstanding. I took a photo of Talon and my husband who is very happy with this young man’s professionalism and dedication to doing excellent work.

  Dear Bonsky- I would just like to start out by saying Brett was exceptional! He arrived when expected, was very cordial and respectful of my property. While performing the a/c checks, he was very knowledgeably about what he was doing and was very willing to share and explain the data readings. He used great analogies to help me understand what the readings meant. I have a duplex in which the 2 a/c units are side by side outback. One unit checked good in and one not so good. It was beneficial having both units side by side for comparison purposes. Brett made some recommendations for the not so good unit. He fully explained the future scenarios, but did not pressure me into making any immediate decisions. I really appreciated that aspect and his sincerity in wanting to do the best option for me, his customer. While there, he was also being videoed for training procedures. I noticed how insightful and willing he was to do this. Bonsky is well represented by Brett and he should be appreciated as a great asset to your company! Brett definitely earned a 5 star rating from the moment he arrived to the time he left! Thank you for sending him!
