  Bonsky had availability to service me the same day i called. I had to schedule the next day due to my own scheduling conflicts. The tech, Billy, called ahead and was very communicative. He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. He had the parts on hand and had my air conditioner up and running again very quickly. If the rest of the company carries themselves as well as Billy did, i can’t say enough good things about them.

  My experience with Bonsky was seamless from start to finish. My air-conditioning unit stopped working Monday early evening and I was able to go online and schedule an appointment for the following day. The customer service was outstanding. I had spoken with Izzy and Nancy in regards to what my timeframe would be since I was at work and I didn’t want to miss my appointment. They both were professional, kind and so helpful. Owen West was the technician and was wonderful. He was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about what my issue was with my air conditioner. He was able to resolve my problem and I could not be happier. I will definitely be a longtime customer of Bonsky. I even purchased the maintenance package because of the great service from the time I spoke with the girls on the phone and with Owen coming out to my house.

  I highly recommend Bonsky Heating & Cooling. Jerry Lenington explained everything in an easy to understand way. Office staff were great. The service men were very professional and didn’t stop until the big job was done. Very happy with everything!

  Tucker and Christian were excellent. They stopped and took time to answer any questions I had during the installation. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the entire installation in seven and a half hours(air handler in attic). Instruction on the smart thermostat was clear and understandable. They said if any issues arise , they would handle it quickly. We could have not been more pleased.

  We recently had a new Lennox KSLV heating and cooling system installed, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team conducted themselves with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. The installation was completed neatly and efficiently, and the finished work looks clean, organized, and well thought out. Throughout the process, every question we had was answered thoroughly, and the technicians took the time to ensure we fully understood all the features and functions of our new system. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We are very pleased with both the installation and the level of service provided. Highly recommended!
