  Extremely disappointed with Campo Roofing. I scheduled an appointment and met Keith at my house. We walked through my house and discussed what we needed which is a full roof replacement and he left saying it would be expensive but he will get me an estimate in the next week or so. Unfortunately, that was over a month ago and I haven't heard from Keith or anyone at Campo since then. I've called and left multiple messages and no response. I've also texted Keith an no response. My assumption is that we are not an easy insurance job, but I don't really know if that's the reason. I'm surprised given all the 5-star reviews which is one of the reasons I reached out to Campo in the first place. Very disappointed

  Abby came to look at my existing gutters and collect the necessary information to determine the estimate. She was thorough and honest. I appreciate her straightforward suggestions. The installation was scheduled quickly at my convenience. Dave and his assistant arrived promptly. They were a great efficient team. Details and clean up mattered. I would highly recommend Campo.

  In mid April 2026 the northeast Ohio region was ravished by Mother Nature. Having never experienced severe home damage worry set in. Contractors in state and out of state came from everywhere. But we knew who to choose…….Campo. When my wife and I moved here from Pennsylvania we built a home to raise a family. Campo originally did the exterior construction of our home in 2016. We had no issues so the selection process was simple. We supported local and have received first hand communication, installation and service. If you need an update to your home and you want the work performed in a timely fashion look no further than Campo. I suggest you request Greg Pike. He is professional and down to earth.

  Campo Roof has been amazing. We sustained severe damage to our roof, gutters and siding from a hail storm. Campo was amazing at getting someone out here as soon as I called to come and assess the damages. They have been working very well with my insurance carrier to make sure that the insurance estimate was coming in appropriately to handle the damages and submit supplemental as needed. When they came out and started tear off and installation the foreman as well as the workers were all very courteous and hard-working. Every interaction with every single employee from the installers, foreman, salesman, owner, scheduler and everyone in-between has made this a very easy, seamless, and great experience. You can tell they take pride in their workmanship too. So happy to not deal with added stress! Thank you, Campo!

  After a major hail storm in Bainbridge, Ohio this spring, we contacted Campo roofing to help with roof and siding repairs on our home. They were immediately responsive to us and sent someone out just a few days after the storm. Their team has been fantastic to work with: highly responsive, incredibly professional, and overall just very easy to work with. They’ve been great at communicating with us in person, over the phone, and via text. They’ve kept us well informed throughout the entire process, and we have a high level of confidence in their entire team. I can’t recommend them enough!
