  Guys were great. Respected home with there shoe covers ect. Had conversations and such. The only thing was they charged me 1800.00 for a 275.00 computer board. One heck of a parts mark up charge. Labor separate. The entire furnace unit Is 1800.00 at local supply house. Wow!

  Ben Reed did a wonderful job explaining the options available to choose from- replacing parts to replacing entire furnace/AC unit. They will be here Monday morning to start working. I know I originally went through Troy Furance & Air Conditioning to get estimate for unit by Five Star. Would you list the invoice with an address and who is responsible for annual maintenance and part warranty( contact phone number ).

  Amazing service from start to finish. The team was prompt, quick, and addressed the issue quick. They walked us through each step and explained what happened with our system. They are even working to have parts covered under warranty. We will always come here for our HVAC needs.
