  PHILIP is very honest. His sons are amazing. Family owned operative, business. Great service!! They will give you a true diagnostics.And if it can be fixed, they are the ones that will do it. Most other HVAC Companies will say you need a new system. The power of commissions. You wont be disappointed Very Professional

  Easy reader version - We can’t recommend Legacy enough. Knowledgeable, honest, and hard working folks at this company. Full review - Hopefully your home has adequate return air and supply side sizing. Without this, no HVAC equipment of any brand will be able to do its job. Our home was designed very poorly. We knew up front that we had more than just problems with the mechanical units. Legacy was the first and only bidder that measured the static and differential pressures at the air handler / furnace. Then they were only one of two bidders to request crawl space access to study the supply side of the main trunk line. They spent 2-3 hours down there total on 2 different occasions. They confirmed a deficiency of return air and undersizing of the main trunk line. They showed us the results and calculations. As an engineer, I already suspected that we were looking at big work and I knew up front this was going to be more than simple replacement of equipment. We would be throwing away good money if we didn’t fix the supply and return line problems. It would be one day for the equipment replacement and 1 1/2 - 2 days of hard work and materials. The equipment cost was in-line for high quality equipment and the labor and extra materials was very reasonable. They probably could make more money easier on other jobs, but they wanted to help our family. I did not want anyone other than the Phil, Nick, and their crew of young technicians working in my house with my daughter and grandchildren for 2-3 days. After you meet them you will understand why I say we were hiring trustworthy friends for the work we needed, and we had just met. The results: we have QUIET equipment. We We don’t hear it running and the furnace is in the middle of our living area! We also have air flow for the first time to the upstairs! The temperatures in our home are now consistent and comfortable. We knew up front that we would probably need one booster fan for one upstairs bedroom. It has airflow now, but just not quite enough. We went from 3 ton / 8-10 SEER equipmemt to 4 ton / 18 SEER2. We haven’t received a utility bill yet, but we can probably expect a savings of about 45-50% on utilities according to some AI research. And the quality of the work? Nick has very high standards! Everything is installed with extra attention to all details. In summary: If God brings Legacy to help yiu fix heating and cooling problems, you can be assured they know what they are doing, will do it with the utmost attention to detail, will install high quality equipment, the pricing will be absolutely fair, and you will have met some of the finest people that God has put in front you.
