  The entire staff and crew are very professional and thoughtful. Ours was a three part installation that included gutters/downspouts, doors and windows. No pressure sales and helpful financing.

  Were the lowest bid estimate for the job. Was advised it was 10 week turnaround time for orders by time we placed order. It took way less time fir window to be built. Installer Arrived on time and did good job installing and with clean up. Unfortunately they only provided installer with limited size amount of quarter round so instead of whole pieces I wasn’t too happy with smaller pieces being pieced in around the 10 foot window we had installed.

  Love the new windows from Window World. They look great and I already notice the insulation qualities. Rob was very very nice and professional. This is my second time using Window World and have been very happy both times.

  This rating is for Toledo window world only! We had previously ordered (in another state) windows previously for 2 different homes and LOVED them. However, our new home in this state went completely different. Took 7 months from the time of install to get the right windows. Winter months with cold air blowing in. They kept trying to patch the work. The quality of these windows looked like they were made by 3 yr olds. Finally after 7 months they ordered windows that didn’t have defects and replaced them all. Never discounted or offered any compensation for electric bill trying to keep my house warm through the harsh winter. From loyal customer, to never purchasing again!
