  Greg and his team were great! They worked together to make sure my cat didnt escape (even though she was locked in a carrier most of the time) and cleaned up when they were done. Loved working with them!

  My patio screen door had a section where the screen had pulled out. Not only did Scott fix that issue, he also noticed an issue with the bottom rollers and took the time to replace those. He also checked my 2 window screens to make sure they were okay. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!!!! AND FOR FREE BECAUSE OF THE LIFE TIME WARRENTY.

  Got a whole house of windows and 2 doors replaced. Took 2 days, but had the same great crew both days. They did an awesome job cleaning up after them selves. Would recommend.

  Customers beware and pay an inspector to fully inspect their work while you still have legal rights. Had windows installed by window world of Toledo years ago and I thought they did a sufficient job, unfortunately I could not have been more wrong. After I noticed the sill of one window was damaged I checked the seal and found the window's caulk had multiple inch gaps, in multiple spots that were never sealed both from not enough bead to seal, other spots the caulk was literally on the siding only. I started checking other windows and found especially behind the false shutters there are gaps down the sides of windows hidden behind the shutters. Others, the bead on the top of the window was never sealed as the caulk doesn't even touch the window trim. Because I didn't notice the slow leaks until the damage was severe after years of leaking, I didn't have warranty or any rights to have it corrected unless out of the goodness of a corporation. 😒 I'm going to have to replace the drywall in my hallway, living room, spare bedroom, and possibly other rooms as well. I'm going to have to replace the subfloor and padding and carpet in living room. I'm going to have to pay a reputable roofer, who knows how much money to go around and ensure my windows are all properly sealed before I can even think about replacement of everything the leaking windows destroyed through my entire home. $3,000 is a lot to spent on Windows that were likely never sealed and now going to cost me thousands to repair the damage they caused. Just be careful and make sure you pay a building inspector to verify their work is up to standard, the caulk in some spots looks perfect, other spots look like a they were either just rushing, didn't care, or the workers didn't have the slightest idea what they are doing, so you too don't end up with thousands in damage from shoddy work that you expected and assumed to be up to base line standards. Edit: I will already bump my review up because the nice lady I spoke with on the phone was already so nice and polite that that alone deserves an increase in the review. Thank you miss.
