- FFFaithMay 2, 20262.0I do not recommend going to Total Image Window Tint. I originally took my car there a couple of weeks ago, and quickly realized they did not clean the window or apply the tint smoothly. They also agreed there were errors and were willing to replace it. They let me know there may be some visible scratches as my actual windows were scratched, but it was not all my actual window. There is and was nothing wrong with the windshield itself. Thursday, I dropped it off to be fixed. I received a call about two hours after I dropped it off saying they now suddenly couldn’t see any issues with my windows, but the windshield did have some “unacceptable spots” so they would replace the windshield, but not my windows. I told them over the phone where the spots on my window were, and their response was they’d pull it off but they didn’t believe there were any issues. If I wanted them to put it back on and there were no errors on their end, I would have to pay for it to be redone. I agreed, and when I picked it up it was all replaced for free because I was in fact correct. I noticed a few odd spots, but I decided to allow some dry time before inspecting again. Upon further investigation, I found once again multiple spots with issues. Specifically, again on my windshield in a whole new spot. I’m out the money now and going to have to have my windshield done once again.
