  Lack of communication, no credit for unused supplies, didn’t clean up work area, leaving nails and debris in yard and driveway. Had to call to get the trash bin picked up 6days after the job was completed and left materials in the driveway! Service has went downhill over the last 7 years. Very sad! Update I would like to thank Steve and Gary from Seagate for coming out to make sure their work on our home repairs were completed at a high standard. I would like to thank them for understanding our frustration with the original project and fixing all the issues that we had in a timely manner. After Talking to Steve and Gary I would definitely contact Seagate for any work that I need done in the future

  The BARE MINIMUM of a new roof system SHOULD BE that it doesn’t leak, it lasts for several years, and that it looks good on top of the house. If you want the bare minimum – HIRE THIS COMPANY. If you want more than that – like attention to detail, prompt service, and care about the customer – DO NOT. WE COULD TALK about how it took six days to finish the roof (granted, it was winter), or how the roofers trashed our gutters with their ladder, or how they had to come back and install the roof venting system because they forget to the first time, or how there was no cleanup afterwards and I was finding nails and scraps of shingles into March (until I finally cleaned up around the house myself), or how it took five weeks before they took the dumpster out of my driveway. To compensate, I was reminded that “Hey, you’re getting new gutters for free. That wasn’t in the contract.” Neither was trashing my gutters. The gutter guys installed standard five inch gutters which are now a new problem (we have a big house with a BIG ROOF, and A LOT of square footage). The gutters simply cannot handle the amount of water that comes down on days like today. So after the THIRD basement flood this summer I decided to finally post this review and hopefully SAVE YOU some grief. Am I just another crazy, unsatisfied customer? Maybe. But I’m familiar with the business, have installed several roofs (too old to do my own anymore), and have worked on gutter systems as well. So far, after six months the roof looks good and it doesn’t leak. At least we’re getting the BARE MINIMUM.

  Seagate Roofing and Foundation Services clearly gave the write out and draw out for the basement waterproofing job to my house, with easy to read measurements. They sealed accorded areas per description; going from an in flowing water problem to it's 18 years later now and dry as a bone. A true house and home saving repair, thanks.

  Work done on time and meticulously. Everything promised was done and the cleanup was excellent. Without hesitation would use their services again

  Seagate was very professional and dependable. They did an excellent job on the installation of attic vents, roof and gutters. I have no complaints, I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
