Roto-Rooter came out to my parents home today for what we thought was a toilet issue. Upon checking things out, we needed to access the clean out as it was more of a sewer issue. After some hurdles, they were able to clean out to the road and resolve the issue. They were so patient with my 80yr old dad, explained everything to me to help him understand, and when an additional person was needed to complete the job, they were able to get him there and finish the job before dinner. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Sam took very good care of us. He had a technician out to our house in less than two hours from our first call and they took care of the job right away. He was also very helpful and working with our insurance.

I had a great experience with Rooter Right. The staff, including Sam, Alec, and Montana, were highly knowledgeable and experienced. They performed an exploratory excavation to fix a possible broken water line or sewage issue creating a hazardous sink hole in my front yard. They took a systematic approach to accurately trace and solve the problem. They were completely professional, arrived right on time, and showed a lot of patience with my questions. They kept me updated and provided clear information as the work was being conducted, ensuring great communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We love this plumbing company! They fixed a leaky pipe for us, which involved cutting concrete around our pool and replacing the piping on one of the jet lines. The other companies I called weren’t interested in the job, but they didn’t hesitate. We would probably still have a leaky pool if it weren’t for these guys! Montana and Alec came back today to unclog our kitchen sink and snake a shower drain. They’re both friendly and courteous. They put on booties and carried the snake machine rather than rolling it over my cream colored carpet. I especially appreciate the education they provide. They don’t just come in, do the job, and leave. Montana takes the time to explain what they’re doing and why. Their honesty, professionalism and customer service will always bring me back to this company. Highly recommend them especially for odd jobs like our pool 😎 They have also always showed up at the scheduled times and call when they are 15 - 20 mins away.
