  Great service. Ian was great and fixed my AC when other places claimed it would need fully replaced. Then when I had a small issue, Hunter came out and fixed it up quick. Thank y'all!

  Life savers! They provided a time window and where exactly on time, they have a system that will text you, name of the tech and picture. Hunter was very helpful and fix the issue quickly, price was better than expected (Please consider that AC issues are either expensive or crazy expensive)

  Ricks team members were on time, very knowledgeable in the process of removing old AC and furnace units along with installing new ones and cleaning up area, very polite young men... and answered all our questions.. last item to be installed will be a new water tank..

  Nobody told mee there was a 99 fee to have him look at my issue u guys are a good company. I put hardwood floor in one of the rooms in my house got doc work done from u guys had to take the vent off to put the floor in and notice a hole in the doc work so when they put it in it most of riped and they didn't notice it paid 700 for them to do that and know u cant replace it or fix it. Also when I asked the guy about the 10 year labor and 10 year parts like how I got on it when I had it installed he said it wasn't pulling up

  RICK’S is a dependable and knowledgeable Heating and cooling Business. They installed my last A/C unit. And have repaired my much older unit. Their employees (Contractors) are friendly and respectful. Brienna was able to help me with any questions I had.
