  I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Ken is so professional & nice. They're always on time & pick up whenever u call them. U never have to question anything with them. Not too many people or companies care about their word anymore. I'd recommend them all day long!

  To whom it may concern: Ken and Team HAI are up there with the most professional organizations I’ve ever worked with and as such, I consider them special operators. I’m certain there is a backstory to this that I will never know. Nevertheless, please trust me when I tell you - they are THE tip-top shelf operators in this hauling/removal space. I tried the other “fancy” named companies - and either got zero response, or a directive to wait 24 hours or more. When I called Ken he picked the phone up immediately and had a truck out there with the product in less than a couple hours. The driver was ax, oilfield and positioned the product with precision exactly where I requested no idle chitchat no daudling, got the job done and got out of there. Pick up was even smoother, if that’s possible. Thanks guys!

  Edit to response from owner: We have ordered plenty of dumpsters from this company to the same area and was never told this, also this was never discussed on the phone call. Your closest competitors were as follows. Also your statement about being heavy is not accurate, possibly may see the 7T limit of your competitions weight limit for one of of the 7 40s we needed. Unsure the reasoning behind 1500 for a 30yd but that is absolutely disgusting as far as pricing, not sure if your gouging because of high demand or what but your pricing is sky high compared to anyone else in the area, near or far, from Port Clinton to Toledo. HAI 1500/ea 30yd Ohio Dumpster and Demo 650/ea 40yd 7T limit Budget Dumpster of Toledo 595/ea 40yd 7T limit Kleen sweep 30yd 495/ea 3 times the price. Was quoted 1500 for the single 30yd. Laughable. Long time customer. Will not return

  I rented a 20 yarder this week. After a couple days of loading miscellaneous Construction and old Goods. I messaged Tad for pickup and jumped in the shower and went out and got a bite to eat. I came home in the dumpster is gone! This definitely reminded me of yesteryear's service. Where customer satisfaction was important I would definitely use them again when needed.

  I can't say enough great things about Hai Dumpster! Ken is always incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. He goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service is reliable, pricing is fair, and everything is handled professionally from start to finish. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone in need of dumpster services!
