Jason R and Chad D. were professional, friendly and work was highly exceptional! They are the kind of people you wish were your neighbors. Parts of my cement I thought needed to be completely replaced were lifted/sealed and now look like new! Saving me a LOT of money and inconveniences you usually experience with cement replacement (like the mess, the noise, using lesser quality material, and not being able to use for weeks). I’ll definitely be calling them again for my driveway repair !!!

Extremely disappointed. We were quoted at $7,439 for 4 braces for our basement wall and lifting and leveling of a few patio pavers. The amount of work performed was not worth the money paid. Each portion didn't even take 8 hours to perform. I'm struggling to understand how $8,000 equates to about 6 total man hours of work. I get that business need permits and certifications and their employees deserve a fair wage. I just do not see how 4 posts on a basement wall and lifting patio pavers up a few inches equals almost $8,000.

Chad Riggs came out to look at a crack in our foundation that we found due to water leaking into our garage. Chad came and walked us through everything and we were actually able to figure out it was the window above the area that was leaking and not the crack. Chad also had some good suggestion that I could do to our yard to help as well but he was very helpful professional and when realized what the root cause was did not try to sell us but rather provided some really good suggestions and advice. Highly recommend getting an opinion from FSM/Groundworks as they are honest, caring, and helpful and not just in sales mode. Thank you again Chad for making it out on a Saturday morning and for the insightful conversation. We will definitely be calling back if we have future foundation issues.

They arrived when they said they would, did the job as explained prior, and left the area clean when it was done. I had Rich Z., Shawn E., Cam G., and Luis H. working at my house, and all were polite and respectful of me, my fiancé, and my property. They had to take down some dry wall to complete the job, and went as far as to prevent damage to the pieces they took off so that I could re-use them after the cement was finished. They gave me updates on their work throughout the two days, showing me what the planned to do and had already done. I’d recommend these workers and this company to others who are looking for waterproofing solutions in their basement.
