  I am extremely grateful for the technician Jeff Monhollen from Bluflame! Jeff came out and looked over my AC unit. Jeff was extremely polite and respectful and very knowledgeable of what was needed. Jeff explained every step he was taking to diagnose my AC concerns. Did a quick charge on my unit and gave me some very helpful recommendations going forward. I also want to say, being a single female home owner, I was concerned I would be treated poorly, but Jeff treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you Bluflame and thank you Jeff

  This isn’t the first time Darrell has come out. The first time was months ago when our hot water tank went out. He replaced it and was just so straight forward and kind. Today was the second time for our AC, on the 4th of July at that! He was absolutely amazing to work with! he’s very straight forward and got our ac up and running in no time! After our 2nd great experience with Darrell’s work and customer service skills it’s safe to say bluflame has gained a long time customer! Thank you!

  Darnell was very personable, and pleasant to speak with. And I felt so bad that he was working in the heat and when he was done fixing my AC, he finally accepted a cold bottle of water. I know you guys are under a lot of stress because of this nasty hot heat we have, but I am impressed with the professionalism and their understanding when someone gets a little nasty or upset that it’s not towards them personally . I highly recommend😉

  Our air conditioner stopped turning on so I called BluFlame to come out and fix it. They were able to send Jeff out the same day I called. I explained the problem to him, he checked out the air conditioner and found that the switch had debris in it. He replaced the switch and was able to do the summer service on the unit at the same time so we were very appreciative. He also took time to explain what he thought happened. We use Blu Flame for our heating and air conditioning needs and have always been very pleased with their service. Jeff did a great job explaining the service plan they offer. We signed up for the service plan also

  Your technician was very professional and experienced. He explained what he wanted to do and gave me a price quote. And heI and told me what the part was supposed to do. And how it would work if this was the issue and I gave him the okay to try it, so we can start somewhere and I understood everything. He said to me, I am a senior in my 70s, and he was very professional talk to my level to make sure I understood. And this is what you need when you working with seniors, you get them to understand what you're gonna do, and not a lot of fast talk. Thank you. He needs to be moved to a higher position to do training. And do the type of work he does, and he put it in, and he went back and checked the air, and the heat to make sure it was working, and I am so grateful that he came. Thank you.
