We had a leak in our kitchen sewage line that was flooding our hvac ducts all under concrete because we have a slab foundation. Our technician Brandon came by himself the first day due to a call off and jackhammered about a 5 ft trench to find and fix the problem by himself. 2nd day he had helpers but the 3rd and final day he came alone again to fill the trench with stone and pour concrete. We appreciated that even though it was such a big job and most companies would have rescheduled if they didn’t have enough laborers but he still showed up to do the repair. He and the other techs were knowledgeable , courteous, and respectful. The pricing was fair for the amount of work done. I definitely recommend their services.

After the water company assured me that the issue of water pressure was in the house, I called Alternative who quickly responded to my request. The team was very knowledgable about the plumbing in my 100 year old home; quick to diagnose the problem; and mannerful throughout the process. All that and a fair price! I will call them again

We were having drain/sewer issues at our business. Had 3 different plumbers out who said they cleared it only for it to happen again. Finally had Alternative Plumbing come out who actually did the work and found out the problem was on the city's end. The city came out and cleared their issue and now we are good to go. Will always call and recommend Alternative Plumbing for all our plumbing issues.

I have used Alternative Plumbing several times since 2000. They have always done excellent work. They are professional and friendly too. They give clear descriptions of the problems and make repairs quickly and efficiently. This time, I made the appointment for toilet repair, problems with the bathtub drain running slowly, and garbage disposal not working and not draining water. Brandon and Kyle arrived punctually at the scheduled time and completed repairs quickly and efficiently. They are used to working with homes in the Old West End and treat our pipes with love and respect. I highly recommend them!
