Great service. Will be keeping them saved in my phone. My gas water heater sprung a leak so I called around for quotes. I knew it would need replaced soon but I was hoping to get another year out of it but nope. It was also in the corner of my kitchen and not vented properly. The technician helped me figure out how to replace the water heater and get it moved to the basement. I ended up switching to an electric water heater due to all the safety requirements. The service and work was top notch. I'm keeping them at the top of my list for future work

Emergency Boiler holding tank replacement in the dead of winter, installed outdoor hose spigot, and later a Bryant air conditioning motor replacement during heat waves. Every time they have been easy to work with, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and friendly.

Called today for emergency service and were simply told in a 30 second conversation that they aren't taking any new customers. I live 5 minutes outside of Tiffin. Her tone had no intent of even trying to help us in this situation. Zero empathy in negative degree weather.
