  New installation of Daikin furnace and heat pump to replace 25 yr. old Trane system. Sales Rep Brady was extremely knowledgeable. He mapped every room in the house to determine load calculations and equipment recommendations. This was provided to us along with quotes for three system configurations. Installation was completed in two days by Logan and assistant Zack . As stated by others, Logan was very knowledgable and professional. I was very impressed with their attention to detail.

  Have used O&H for the last few years. Excellent personnel (that's their strength), very professional, polite. Very knowledgeable staff. Prompt, too.

  O&H was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the estimates I got, and that held true throughout the installation process. My new Trane system holds at a rock steady 72 and I can barely hear it. Looking forward to many years of enjoying my HVAC investment!
