Monday AM the wife called for service, and Matthew came the SAME DAY. He jumped right on it, found the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs. The repair charge was explained to me, and was very fair and reasonable. Thanks again Matthew, you Da Man!

She was gentle yet effective in working with our puppy. She answered my questions (admittedly too many) with helpful solutions and a keen understanding of dog behavior. Such a good experience all around.
