  One month ago I had Strongsville Heating and Air install a complete HVAC system in my home. My system was 30 some years old. They provided me with the best estimate for the system I wanted. The install day was pretty good. They showed up right away and a complete system was installed faster then they expected. My new system is quiet and I cannot even hear it run. When they were done they cleaned up everything. You would never have known the were there.

  I was dreading getting new equipment, but my furnace was from 1998 and my air conditioning from 1973, so it was definitely time for them to be replaced. I contacted Strongsville Heating and Air Conditioning at the recommendation of a friend who had used them previously. They were every bit as exceptional as my friend told me. Todd came to my house and gave me excellent advice and a speedy quote. The installation techs (Kyle, Ben and Alex) had never seen such an old AC unit! These young men were so polite and efficient and quiet. (I expected to hear banging all day, but no!) The ladies in the office (Sandi and Terri) were also super friendly and helpful. It has just been a day, but I am already so pleased with my purchase, and I am grateful I went with Strongsville Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

  I had a garage heater installed by Jake and Dave. Can't say enough about how great the installation was. They were porfessional, polite and very enjoyable to talk to during the installation. They were very meticulous from the beginning to the clean up. Would highly recommend them anytime. Thank You.

  I requested Strongsville Heating and Air Conditioning to come and complete an assessment for an insurance claim due to storm electrical surge damage. The tech that the company sent out wrote a report stating that the furnace was ‘tampered with’. The furnace was inspected previously, at the request of the insurance company by a licensed contractor, that had disassembled the furnace in an attempt to repair and troubleshoot, nothing was ‘tampered with’ and, in fact, the furnace was never even touched by anyone other that the two licensed contractors as requested by the insurance company. The information in this report that I was charged for is inaccurate and inappropriate, and created unnecessary friction with the insurance claim process. It’s shocking to me that a company would do a disservice like this while being paid to conduct a professional service. Nobody should have to deal with this. I requested to speak to a manager about this when the company called to be paid but nobody was available. This company had good reviews when I researched online prior to requesting service but I would not patronize their services again and I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company.
