- CLCarnonna LSep 4, 20201.0Agree with the last review. Hired to build garage addition. Multiple problems! Worst is what we call Lake Kalfas in the new driveway since the whole pitch is off to the existing driveway. They use partime subcontractors who come after their real jobs to do your work (E.g. excavator) in the dark. The driveway wasn’t even built to the blueprint size. I am only here because I am looking for concrete contractor to fix the mess and while reading their reviews, I wanted to see Kalfas reviews . GOOD LUCK if you hire this family run business with lots of promises until you sign the contract.

From the brother in law architect to the son in law VP, to the supervisor they work together together to talk in circles. They promise one thing and when it’s time to finish they say it’s not in print. All working together to rip you off. Our 2-3 month project is now going on 6 and nothing is finished yet. Today August 31st 2020 we were told maybe another week. Our project started inApril. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
