  We used the Strongsville location and had Jason as our contact. Jason was very helpful and professional. He was very helpful during the whole process. Choosing the product, deciding what would be done by the installers or by us, and during and after the installation. Even after several changes on our part he was very accommodating His fellow workers at this site were also very helpful and courteous every time we needed to call for information. The installers were also very good and courteous. They did a fantastic job and were very good at communicating with us when they would be onsite and what they were going to get done. We would highly recommend FLOORZ Strongsville

  Floor looks great!! However, It took more than two days to complete the install due to a mix-up with the material for the border Salesperson and install team very professional.

  From the moment we made our first inquiry, Jessica handled every aspect of the procedure professionally, quickly, and made this an enjoyable process. She went over our color options and took the time to fully explain everything from padding to price to install. The installation crew showed up when expected, and honestly, we really did not even know they were there. They were professional, and did their work in a timely, but perfect manner. We could not be happier with the carpet itself, but the entire process was painless and very easy. I would not hesitate to use you all again, and anyone reading this, use their services, you will not be disappointed. An easy 5-star review without a single complaint, worry, or concern. That is rare these days.

  I was in a rush to get the carpet and Floorz was able to work on my schedule. The crew was very friendly and did a great job with the installation. The new carpet looks so nice. Thanks for a job well done .
