  **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** My parents recently used home genius to redo their siding and it has been nothing but a nightmare. First they delay the job by weeks, second they leave a mess (nails in the yard, doors blocked, etc.) third they install the WRONG COLOR SHUTTERS…then they say oh we are going to order the right ones…well it’s been over a month and still no right shutters and won’t answer calls to provide an update. All these 5 star reviews have to be bots because they are UNPROFESSIONAL and HORRIBLE.

  Great experience from start to finish.Isaiah was the sales rep . Wonderful, informed and very personable. Tiffany and Joe were great. Asia the project manager was so helpful, kept us informed and on track. And of course Andres and his roofing crew were outstanding. They came on time and stayed late to handle a tricky roof install. I would highly recommend Home Genius for any work. Thank you

  We recently had our siding updated and I can’t say enough as to what an amazing job the crew did! They were very professional and prompt with their service and I am very pleased with our results! They came in on Tuesday 8/11/26 and were finished by end of Thursday 8/13/26. Not only that, but they did a magnificent job and cleaned up just as awesome! We went from a fading clay colored house to a midnight blue, and with the clay trim we had, the results were amazing! Thank you for surpassing my expectations!

  Home exterior genius did a excellent job at my home the project manager is very thorough and professional and carried a very very beautiful smile and she also got compliments from my neighbors who also asked for her business card so she seemed very very friendly very very professional and very very knowing of what the the people wanted so she gave me exactly everything we walk through she was outstanding so I would recommend them to go in my neighbors they probably be calling them as well so she did an outstanding job and her name was Asia loveless

  This is by far the most stressful experience I have ever had with a home improvement company. I submitted a form got a phone call within 20 seconds pretty impressive, didn't ask a ton of questions and booked an appointment for a saturday. the person representing home genius had the nerve to ask me if there was anything else going on that date that would interfere with the appointment which I thought was a bit invasive. The worst thing is is I got a scam alert while I was on the phone with her. While I was speaking with her who again represented herself as home genius two other phone numbers called me. Then i get a text message from another number. Replied back informing them i just booked an appointment and asked how many people i should expect to hear from. No response. I called the initial phone number back and of course I can't get through. The next morning I called the 800 number on their website and I wasn't even in the system. Then automatically I get a text message that they got my information and wanted to schedule a time to come out. I opted out of that then I get a phone call from Pennsylvania again tell them what happened and I don't trust their website nor do I trust anything they have to say and asked to be removed. I no sooner hang up from them 30 seconds later I get a phone call from another number. An hour later I get another text message so I told that person as well it's best not contact me any further otherwise one more message and they're going to be speaking with my attorney. it's complete harassment especially after being asked to not be contacted any further both on the phone with multiple people and through text with multiple people. I would not trust this company to be honest with you about anything, given the schemey tricky ways that they are operating from multiple phone numbers
