Nothing negative to say. Communication was great. Arrived when they said they would be here. Knowledgeable about our garage doors and fixed the problems. Excellent company

I wasn’t planning to write a review, but after speaking with the owner, Jeff, I feel I need to share my experience. A technician came to my property to fix the cables and ended up breaking the spring. I didn’t argue with him or say anything rude. I simply told him that things happen and that as long as we could get it fixed, we would be okay. He didn’t have the necessary part, so he left. Two days later, I received a call from the owner, Jeff. He told me that I needed to apologize to the technician for how the spring broke before the technician would come back and fix it. If I had been rude or said something inappropriate, I would have no problem apologizing. But being asked to apologize for a spring breaking while the technician was working on it was extremely disappointing. Think twice before using this company.

This is the second time over the last few years we've used Automatic Garage Door. Carl has came out both times and is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, so friendly and gets the job done so fast. I haven't used other companies so I can't compare prices but I always think its reasonable with no complaints. Thanks Carl!

We had a great experience with Automatic Garage Door Company! Jeff and Camron were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They not only helped us with our garage door, but they also took the time to program our vehicles and indoor opener. Jeff went above and beyond to get our device taken care of under warranty. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help with everything. We highly recommend Automatic Garage Door Company! Thank you, Camron and Jeff, for the amazing service!
