  Mark did a wonderful job getting my AC unit working properly. He was very kind and explained everything. Thank you also to Kayla who was able to schedule my appointment around my busy schedule. Could not have been happier!! Will always call Brandon Heating and Air!!

  Our HVAC system died in the heat of the summer, and the folks at Brandon did everything they could to take care of me. First they gave helpful advice on the phone to get the AC at least partially working. Then they sent a tech out to check and see if it was indeed time for a new system (we were on original equipment from when the house was built 24 years ago.) It was time so they gave me an estimate, and got us on the schedule two weeks out, with a promise they'd squeeze us in if possible. Two days later they called that they could come put that day! And a crew of four guys came out, tore out the old system and installed the new on in less than 2 hours! This included a new furnace and AC unit. I could not have been more impressed every step of the way. I've used Brandon in the past, and this just reinforces why they will always be my go to company for HVAC work.

  Great HVAC company to work with. They are honest, fair, and very reliable from start to finish. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did exactly what they promised. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but these guys have definitely earned their reputation. I would highly recommend them.

  Mike came to do furnace cleaning and to check out loud whirring noice when the inducing starts and while furnace running. He was helpful and patient as he answered my several questions. I learned that in the bearing that is wearing out is sealed on my furnace model and repair can’t be done. He discussed a couple of times that a new inducer could be installed but I declined. When he finished the cleaning etc he went over all the work details with me. I was very satisfied. Thank you Mike and Brandon.

  We have been a customer of Brandon Heating for over 20 years. They have always been proactive when servicing my AC even though it's old. Rather than jumping to the cost of replacing they tried repair. Yesterday I called for service as my AC went out. Since we have a service contract, that meant you move up the list for servicing. Because of COVID and the continued extreme heat, they were very backed up even for service contract customers. The manager, Harold, took the time to get on the phone and explain their situation. He was very apologetic and concerned, promising that they would do the best they could to get to my home for service, saying it could be two days. To my surprise, one of their technicians should up later that afternoon. However, whether they showed up that day or the two days as indicated, I would still give them a five star due to the way we were treated and because of the fine service I received over the last 20 years. There are a lot of Heating and AC companies out there, but Brandon is the best! Thank you and keep up the good service.
