Each time I have called Blind and Sons I have an excellent experiece. I had a kitchen sink leak and from my initial call to the completed repair, everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. My technician Isaiah arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work was outstanding. It’s such a relief to find a trustworthy professional who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Thank you for the excellent service!
Our brand new furnace was noisy. Frank Waugh was the technician who came out in response to our service call. He spent quite a bit of time examining our furnace and determined the problem was either an unbalanced blower fan or a bearing in the blower motor. He ordered both parts for us. He was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and detail-minded. We certainly appreciate the time he spent to determine the problem. He kept apologizing for the trouble we were having with a brand new furnace which we also appreciated.
Matt’s did a very good job with the electrical portion of a minisplit I am having installed. His work was neat and well done. He also pointed out several issues with an older panel that I had, which was helpful for me to address should I ever decide to sell; but was not hard selling other services - just highlighted.
The whole crew has been nothing but professional and friendly.
Pleasure meeting Denny today while working on a clogged patio drain. He was thorough troubleshooting every angle of the problem which I already knew was going to be kinda complex because it’s an older property. He ‘s been in his profession awhile and it shows. He needed access to a shut off valve for a new spigot and he put on booties to keep my floors clean which was much appreciated and he put all my patio stuff back in order when he was done with the job.
Two thumbs up. 👍 👍

My technician Frank was excellent, timely, and I do believe he did his best to help me out. My furnace blower motor went out right before the hottest two days of the year so far, and while the appointment was quick, , the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed…
I was charged $1500 for a blower motor replacement which took the technician about 20 minutes of labor charged at $375.
Tech did the best on his end to get my price down, but just another example of HVAC price gouging. Whether it’s the fault of the manufacturers of the parts, the company, etc…I do not know. But I was left with essentially no choice but to come up big out of pocket. If it wasn’t so mind numbingly hot I would have shopped around. I just can’t justify a 5star service rating at that price though the tech was professional friendly knowledgeable and prompt, corporate greed is not his fault.
