  I had to have a gas pipe installed for my dryer. Isaiah of Blind & Sons arrived on time. He was courteous, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and went into a great detail to explain the installation process. He was very patient to answer all my questions until I was fully understood. He was also informative on dyers vent safety and how to remove lint that would accumulate on the bottom of the vent. I was very pleased with his inspection work. I will highly recommend Isaiah to anyone needing plumbing services.

  No show for original apportionment. We were given a window of 9-5, which to start with is ridiculous, after 4:00 I called because they did not arrive or call. I was told they need to cancel the appointment. They said they tried to call once and the call didn’t go through so they never tried again. They rescheduled for the following, we were given a “priority” appointment but with the sane 9-5 window. With the “priority” status they didn’t arrive until after noon. Would not recommend given their poor customer service and communication.

  Matt did an amazing job changing out three bathroom vanity lights and an LED light in my laundry room. See my pics. Even with the need for paint I’m so glad I changed them out giving a bright, fresh look to my home. From start to finish, quote to cleanup Matt did everything right. He’s very personable, polite and was respectful of my home. I will request him to do future electrical work and I won’t hesitate to have Blind and Sons out to do other services they provide.

  The air-conditioning failed at our home this summer. Herschel came out to diagnose the issue and repair on Wednesday. Unfortunately, there was also an electrical issue with the A/C and an Electrician had to be called in. The Electrician repaired the electrical issue and then Herschel was able to complete the repair on the air-conditioning system itself. He stayed late in order to do this. I was very appreciative that he did so and very happy to have a working A/C system after several days without. Thank you, Herschel!

  Logan Hill installed 3 new outlets in our unfinished basement. He appeared on time and was friendly and professional. He worked to make sure his work was meeting my expectations. Shortly after the install, a piece of equipment was faulty, Andrew came back, did some troubleshooting, and replaced the faulty outlet at no charge. He was also friendly and professional. I recommend Logan, Andrew and Blind and Sons
