  I’m leaving this review SOLELY about customer service, as the work was never started. I understand that schedules can change and that an exact start date may not always be available. However, customers should still receive timely communication and basic updates. On July 1, I was told I would be contacted by the end of July and that the work could begin within four weeks. After that timeframe passed, I repeatedly tried to get a scheduling update through calls, voicemails, and text messages. Several times I was told I would receive a call back shortly, but no return call came. When I finally received an update on August 5, I was told more information would be available by that Friday (August 7); again, I heard nothing. After my husband also attempted to contact the business, we were eventually told the work would not be completed until the end of September—far later than the original timeframe. I was not demanding a firm date; I simply wanted an update and clear communication. I had been looking forward to working with this company because the owner made a positive impression during the estimate. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through, unreturned calls, and being hung up on made the experience very frustrating.

  Rueben and his guys did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend this company. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had some issues with the office, getting call backs and getting an actual schedule date and time. However talking directly to Rueben, everything was resolved and I finally got my driveway done the next day. And the guys did a great job!!

  This is the best seal coating company in the area. They do a great job, they use a quality product and they stand by their work. Beware competitors misrepresenting Meade’s service in order to steal customers. I once got an estimate from another company that told me Meade’s uses squeegees to apply the thinnest coat possible. This is not true! Meade’s uses brushes and puts on a thick, long lasting coat. I’m very pleased and highly recommend this company.

  I have had my driveway sealed numerous times by other contractors and I can honestly say that Meade's Paving & Coating did an excellent job on my driveway the material that Mead's used on my driveway was far more superior and lasted longer than the other contractors. Mead's job was excellent and looked very professional they did a great job making sure the work site was cleaned up and no mess was left behind. I would highly recommend Mead's Paving & Seal Coating to all of my friends. Keep up the great work.
