  Kevin Vest Came to my home for a free estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner. Kevin is a great teacher and explained everything in a down to earth/easy to understand manner. He was no pressure (my favorite). I am still getting estimates, but have a feeling we will end up going with Delong for our final choice. I highly prefer a family run business and US made products, both of which fit the bill with Delong.

  Carson and Cam were great! Went the extra mile to make sure my split unit was clean and maintained for the summer. Set up the maintenance plan for ac and heat for the year.

  Honestly have had a horrible time with this company. We have a mini split in our newly renovated home. Mini split was added 2024/2025. We have had three technicians out to fix the SAME issue. Two of the technicians admitted that whoever installed our mini split did so incorrectly, where are piping was ran downhill (causing the mini split to leak water when on AC). Spoke to a lady named Joan who was rude and not willing to accommodate to the fact that we have had multiple people out over the span of one year who have said our mini split was not installed correctly. Would never recommend them to someone looking for a mini split. Can’t hold their own employees/company responsible for improper installment and expect customers to pay for it when it breaks.

  We love, Delong. Kevin came out yesterday afternoon and got our system back up and running. Thank you so much. I am recovering from a total knee and it was really hot in the house and I just feel so grateful for his attention to detail, professionalism and kindness. Highly highly recommend.
