Kevin Vest is the Best! He came to do the annual check on my air conditioner, which he stated was running properly. He added that my furnace filter was dirty and needed replacement eventually. When he quoted me the price of a new filter, I gasped at the too-high cost and asked if there could be a better deal. He gave me a suggestion for a lower price which I followed. I am very thankful for his down-to-earth honesty and friendliness. Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin and Dillon were great! Within 24 hrs of calling, they were onsite and able to diagnose and fix right away. Kevin went out of his way to explain and teach so the problem can be avoided in the future! Highly recommend.

Delong was very good to me my heat went out tue morning and I called them and they were here with in the hr the guys were very good to they told me about a smart homeower club too they have and the guy that answer the phone that morning was very nice too I will use them again Thank you Delong

Delong had been my regular heating & ac company, and when my furnace went out, I had another company install a new one, because with my home warranty, it was a few thousand cheaper. Even so, I wanted to keep using Delong because of their (formerly?) good service. The people who installed my new furnace did a bad job. I asked Delong to come out and have a look. Their technician did a great job quickly determining the problem, AND also discovered a leak in the exhaust venting, due to shoddy work from the other contractor. Great, right? Instead of taking maybe 15 minutes to do a simple PVC repair job, they say my furnace must be shut off by law, and that they can’t fix it then, and don’t know when they can, but will get around to it sometime, if I pay them in advance. WTH? It felt like this was “payback” for buying a new furnace from someone else. Am I supposed to throw away $2k just to buy a new furnace from Delong? I’m never using them again. New ownership treats their customers like this?
