Johnson's was great! They were very responsive and flexible when we reached out to schedule a quote. They asked for details ahead of time and Cole showed up at our home with samples in hand so we could make a decision that day. Cole was very professional and knowledgeable, but not pushy. The crew who did the installation showed up on time, communicated well, and installed the carpet without any issues. We would definitely use Johnson's again for any future flooring needs!

They were great to work with, start to finish! We had several scenarios that we were considering, Cole was very helpful and knowledgeable working with us in making a decision on which way to go foward. The installers they used were fantastic and took pride in their work. We are very happy with our decision to go with them. We are going to use them again in the near future.

Great experience from start to finish. The Johnson Flooring team walked my family and me through the flooring decision process and helped us find the flooring that was right for us at a cost that fit our budget. Their showroom allows you to shop and ask questions. Plus they allow you to take samples home. We replaced carpet, updated wood flooring, and removed carpet from stairs. Johnson’s Flooring took care of everything and gave my home a beautiful update.

The work performed by Johnson’s was impeccable. They took care of ripping out carpet and putting in LVP on our entire upstairs in three days, and were quick to point out potential issues. When we had an issue that could have led to uneven flooring, the guys provided multiple solutions at different prices, and were able to give us a stellar final product. Our experience in the showroom was also excellent, and we never felt that we were being upcharged or persuaded to pick a specific product. The guys who installed the floor were very friendly and courteous, and we were amazed at the speed they moved. I will absolutely use Johnson’s for all of my flooring needs, and would recommend them to everyone.

We just had our main floor replaced by Johnson’s Flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first meeting through installation, everything was professional, straightforward, and exactly as promised. Cole Johnson was fantastic to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the process clearly, and provided a detailed quote with no surprises. The pricing was transparent, and everything they said they would do was included. The installation crew was outstanding. They arrived on time every day, were incredibly friendly and respectful of our home, and worked amazingly fast without sacrificing quality. I was honestly surprised by how much they accomplished in such a short amount of time. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product. We chose COREtec Pasadena Oak, and the floors look absolutely beautiful. The team handled furniture, appliance moving, floor removal, trim work, and cleanup, making the entire process much easier than we expected. If you’re looking for a flooring company that is honest, professional, efficient, and does exceptional work, I highly recommend Johnson’s Flooring. Thank you to Cole and the entire crew for transforming our home.
