  While I was hoping to just get a regular checkup on the furnace, it turns out I needed I new thermostat and a thermocouple. It had been a few years and there were some concerns both were on the edge of failure. I am hopeful the parts will last quite a few years and I will get through the coming winters without fear of failure. Unless of course it turns out I'm going to need a new furnace! But for now, things are stable, and Sal was a pleasure to work with.

  During our initial consultation, Malcolm was very thorough and explained all of our options to replace the furnace. He assessed and measured the rooms inside our home to determine the best options to present which will provide the proper solutions which will meet both our current and future needs. Malcolm carefully listened and repeatedly asked if I had any additional questions. He represented the company well.

  Just had my boiler annual maintenance check up with Pk Wadsworth. My tech named Jerrell Was amazing! He was extremely thorough, took a dozen photos and made some good recommendations to extend the life of my boiler. There is talk of Pk Wadsworth selling out to a private equity firm which I thought would take away from the Family owned business feeling it always had. But I must say that couldn’t be farther from the truth. They have continued to be professional, and the Jerrell the technician made me feel like I was his only customer for that day!

  Eric was wonderful! He called when he was on his way and arrived on time! Eric, was very thorough in explaining the whole process, of what it would take to install the appropriate mini split system. He went over numerous options and explained what was needed and how they would go about the install. Eric went as far as inspecting our boiler and hot water tank setup and advised on potential solutions to keep them running efficiently. I would certainly recommend Eric and PK wadsworth.

  Ethan came to my house to solve the problem of my non-working furnace. He was very professional and knowlegable. He told me the problem he found and the solution to fix it. He will return tomorrow with the part that should put my furnace back to rights and working again. I enjoyed conversing with him 10/23/26 Ethan returned to my home with the needed part replacement and installed it. He also made sure all parts of my furnace was working. I HAVE HEAT!!!! I am so grateful for his professio nal work. Excellent Service. Again, thank you Ethan for a job well done.
