  We had a great experience with Justin Massie when he came to our home to provide an estimate for enclosing our patio. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk us through every detail of the project. What really stood out to us was how carefully he assessed our existing patio and identified areas that would need reinforcement before the enclosure could be built. Justin also showed us samples of each of the materials and components that would be used, which gave us a very clear idea of how everything would look and ensured there would be no surprises later. We really appreciate Justin taking the time to go through everything in such detail and patiently address all of our concerns and doubts. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we felt comfortable with the project. Highly recommend Justin!

  Justin Massie is the Rep who presented the Sunroom features to me. He was prompt in meeting the appointment time. He listed all advantages of using the company materials and how they can best fit my home structure. He answered all of my questions. At the end I felt that the company does quality work and uses good material for its customers. The company also guarantees their work.

  Matt Forman was very helpful in explaining all the details concerning our patio enclosure. He understood what we wanted and showed us what it would look like finished. No pressure sales at all. He provided us with all the information needed to make our decisions. Looking forward to the day it will be finished. Call him if this is something you want to do. The quality is worth the investment.

  I am not an easy person to sell on anything but my new patio enclosure is the best decision we made. The room is beautiful, comfortable and gives us a whole new space for relaxing and entertaining! We absolutely cannot believe how big a difference this made in our home. Love sitting out here anytime of day. Coffee and devotion in the morning. Chilling out and relaxing after errands, yard work…. And then, evenings watching the sun go down and it’s all in comfort and serenity. Our salesperson, Jim Mooney has gone above and beyond to make this happen and we could not be happier!!!

  After the install I had issues with my screens not sliding properly. Last week while trying to slide one open it fell out of the frame and broke on the corner. I called the local Cincinnati office and the lady was not very pleasant and didn’t seem to have an interest in customer service and helping me fix the issue. I asked for a Manager and she said she would have him call me and then she hung up. It has been over a week and I have not heard from that manager or anyone else from the Cincinnati office. I called the Great Day corporate office and the lady was very pleasant. However she forwarded me to the Indianapolis office in which the representative there took my info and said she would get in contact with the Cincinnati office. Here we are another week later and I have not heard from anyone and still have a broken window screen. I’ve mentioned to everyone I spoke with, that I am not even trying to get it for free. I will pay for the screen but I need someone to order for me. The Cincinnati office is horrible at customer service and trying to help customers. For the record, I paid 40k for this patio less than 1 year ago and can’t get someone to help. They spend top dollar on marketing and tv commercials but apparently not enough on customer service.
