  We love our patio enclosure! Roy was amazing at constructing the deck and installing the walls and windows. I would use them again. The process was great from start to finish.

  My home has had a Patio Enclosure for over 40 years. In 2022, the roof collapsed and Patio Enclosures provided support to fix the roof. During that repair process we asked them to look at our sliding glass doors that no longer wanted to slide, and were promised that Patio Enclosures would follow up after the roof was addressed. After 3 months of reaching out, we finally decided to deal with non-functional doors. This year as we reviewed house documents we remembered how Patio Enclosures were going to get us information to repair the doors, so again I reached out. I started by calling their 1-800 line. Seeing that I did not need a NEW patio, i requested some help with service back in early March, by placing a voice mail with the hope somebody would contact me back. A week later I called and left a second voice mail- asking for the assistance we requested in 2022, and it fell on deaf ears. Finally a month after the first call, I called back- this time I decided that a voice mail was useless and determined to talk to an actual person. As I navigated the Patio Enclosures Automated system, searching for service all that I could find was voice mails, or loops that just took me back to the original greeting. Finally after my sixth call I finally got ahold of a real live person. Heather answered the call, and I explained to her how I had not heard anything in over a month from my voice mail, and expressed my issues with the automated system. I knew she was not the exact person I needed- seeing as those prompts lead to dead ends, however Heather came to my rescue and took my concerns and explained the process to me. She was even kind enough to provide me with how to get in touch with her so we can get the process going to repair my doors. Heather is the ONLY reason that I continued to work with Patio Enclosures. I understand people love the service they get when installing a new patio, however when it comes to Service, the company seems to have no concerns. The service department from what I can tell for the Cincinnati region consists of a single man trying to repair all of the issues. Heather was able to get the repair specialist out to my home, and he confirmed that the doors do not function correctly, and informed me that we needed new rails, he was placing his report, and we should hear back soon. Luckily Heather was watching our case, and she contacted me once she got the field report to schedule the service and per Patio Enclosures policy take payment for the repair. Heather followed up, and was incredible at her job- including talking to a very frustrated customer, as the repair had to be rescheduled due to damaged repair parts. Heather addressed my concerns, and because of her due diligence was able to retain my business for the repair. When the service tech arrived at my home he did a great job, however the process to get anybody to service Patio Enclosures work seems to be disheartening. The work performed is exceptional, and my patio is finally back up to working standards- complete with working doors. I did not have an experience building a new patio- mine is entirely on the service side- and that is where I feel this company is lacking. Again the only shimmer of hope that I had, and the only reason that I did not demand all of the up-front money I paid to be returned was Heather- who is single handedly handing frustrated customers like myself. I personally would NOT recommend this company- for I feel like after they build it, they make it almost impossible to maintain. Our repair journey started in June of 2022, once we financed the new roof for our patio, we were forgotten as we requested help for service until we gave up or forgot. This year we tried again. From the first call to finally getting our doors repaired, it took over 3 months. During that time field support came over for a 5 minute investigation followed by a 2 hour repair six weeks later. The work is exceptional, however the timeframe is absurd. I wish I could give this review 5 stars due to what Heather Montes did for us.

  We had many options to choose from when deciding how to enclose my patio, and I am so glad I went with Patio Enclosures. From the very first phone call to the estimate visit and the actual installation, everything went smoothly. Greg took the time to explain every detail during the estimate, which helped us feel confident in choosing Patio Enclosures. Heather did an outstanding job leading the project, and her dedication to making sure everything was done right was truly refreshing. The rest of the team was also skilled, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The compliments we've received from our neighbors about how great the patio looks are just one more reason we're so happy with our decision.
