    My husband Stewart Smith rented a landscape edging machine from Tuffman this past weekend. The whole experience was positive. The machine worked flawlessly and the staff was extremely helpful in loading and unloading of the machine. Would definitely return and would use again! Shout out to George Dunlap he was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

    Worse customer service ever. I rented a lift and as soon as I used it the hydraulic lines busted and I was stuck 20 feet up in my backyard for over a hour and a half. They brought me a new one and that one didn't work. I also got a wood chipper and it stopped working after 3 hours of running. I had to replace the fuel filter because it was dirty clogged. The chainsaw they gave me wouldn't start if let sit more than 5 minutes after running. I had to service everything. They said they would make it right but didn't. They won't even reply back to me. Don't waste your time and money with this place.
