  Horrible customer service. Called for estimate to replace two casement windows and garage door window. Already had the glass. Sent pictures as instructed by them. They never returned calls or responded after. If they were busy or not able to do work, they should have just said that. They just dissappear no response. What kind of company just stops answering the phone and doesn't return voice mails and emails? Very unprofessional. Went with Comapny in Oak Harbor and work is already completed. Don't bother with Glass Guys

  Highly recommend for all your glass and custom shower needs. They do awesome custom lighted mirrors too! Stop y and check out their showroom
