  Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Can't remember name of the team who pulled up the carpet but they were very good! Corey put the floors in and he did a wonderful job. Very helpful people. Highly recommend!!!!

  Sandusky location - HORRIBLE Customer Service and NO WARRANTY!! My elderly mother had Jamie's put new carpet in her house that she had saved up for 10 years and in a year after installation it started to bubble all over, it got so bad that it was a bad tripping hazard. The carpet she got was mid-grade, so it definitely should have held up. She called and spoke with the manager/owner and he said that after a year it is no longer under warranty and there was nothing he could do - unless she wanted them to come out and fix Their Screw Up, but of course she would have to Pay for it. I personally have had my carpet for over 25 years and not one little bubble anywhere - let alone it happening in a year after installation. Jamie's does NOT care about their customers or the quality of work they do. Please save yourself and your wallet and go with a different company to install your new carpet! Needless to say, she had to hire a different company to come in and re-stretch the carpet. She had to pay for them to do it, but at least it was no more money in Jamie's pocket.

  Owner reached out to try and make this right (and get this review down) Employee is still working there so what really changed? (Original review) Wish I could give them a zero. I was shopping for a remnant out of the hundreds they had to offer marked "remnant clearance" Found a nice piece of linoleum for $50. Saleslady said it was marked wrong. She then got a pen and added a 1. She made me feel like I was trying to steal it. I became so humiliated I left with nothing and will NEVER RETURN! And you shouldn't either.
