- JCJohn Cook3 days ago5.0I have the service plan for my furnace and AC. Jakob came out this afternoon to conduct the annual service of the AC. He arrived promptly as scheduled, serviced the unit, and provided feedback. Jakob was great and had a congenial disposition.
- JLJim LambJul 2, 20265.0My AC stopped working last night about 7, right in the middle of this sweltering heat wave. I searched the internet and was fortunately able to make an online appointment with Hohler for today. I received a text at 6:45 AM that a technician would be over between 12-2. Even better, Jakob Stewart was able to arrive even earlier than expected at 9:30 this morning. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the necessary parts, and had my home cooling again by 11! Jakob was professional, highly skilled, and courteous, even giving me some advice about how to care for my heating and air conditioning units down the road. Thanks for getting here so quickly and taking care of us!

Our tech Jacob was personable , knowledgeable and explained everything in its entirety! After speaking to him we ended up entering into the maintenance contract so we have peace of mind going forward with limping our older furnace until we do some home renovations. When we do purchase new units it will defintely be with Hohler!!
