  Thank you Hohler … so convenient with the yearly contract scheduling is easy and straightforward. Jakob S. Our tech today was on time had all the equipment for a thorough inspection. A few times Jakob explained how and why this was inspected. All diagnosis came back testing normal ? Thanks for being here when we need you… Thanks again Jakob S.as our technician.

  Hohler service and technicians are the best! Called at 2:00 with a leaky pipe on basement floor, and a tech was here less than an hour. They fixed my problem and on their way.!! Thanks Hohler…..

  Had to replace a VERY old furnace and added central air. Cannot praise Rich Hohler and his staff enough. When you schedule at time for service they will be there on time. Very conscious about not leaving a mess and follow up about any concerns was prompt. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

  It genuinely pains me to write this review because we’ve had a relationship with this company for several years. As a small business ourselves, we understand how important reputation is, and we’ve referred many customers to them over the years. Let me start by saying that the technicians and office staff have always been polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has completely changed our confidence in the company. Based on their recommendation, we initially purchased a new HVAC system for approximately $15,000. Within about eight months, we were told that system was not the correct fit for our home and that we needed an entirely different system costing roughly $20,000. While frustrating, we understood that mistakes can happen and chose to move forward. Less than six months after the second installation, we were told there was another issue. Initially, we were informed that the unit was not correct. After speaking with the owner, Rich, we were told the unit itself was appropriate, but it required a specialized part that they did not stock and were not equipped to install without assistance from the manufacturer. We were instructed to leave the air conditioner running continuously until the part could be obtained and installed. As a result, our AC has been running nonstop for well over a month, leading to an enormous electric bill. Throughout this process, we have received no meaningful concession or resolution despite multiple phone calls, and we continue to feel like we’re getting the runaround. The most concerning part is that we now own a $20,000 HVAC system that the installing company has acknowledged they cannot fully service or maintain without manufacturer involvement. That has left us with very little confidence moving forward. We’ve already chosen another HVAC company for two additional installation projects and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this company the way we once did. Ironically, because they installed this system, we’re effectively tied to them for warranty-related work. I understand that every company makes mistakes. What separates great companies from average ones is how they respond when those mistakes occur. In our experience, that is where this situation fell well short of expectations. I truly wish I were writing a different review.
